Hemsworth First XV – Senior Men’s Team
The First XV is the club’s flagship men’s team, competing with pride and passion in regional leagues. With a strong mix of seasoned players and emerging talent, the team is known for its physical style, close-knit culture, and commitment to playing quality grassroots rugby.
Hemsworth Colts – Junior Section (Under 18s)
Our Colts team provides a vital pathway for young players moving into senior rugby. Focused on development, confidence-building, and enjoyment of the game, the Colts are supported by experienced coaches and a strong club ethos. Many of our senior players started their journey here.

Hemsworth Hens – Senior Women’s Team
The Hens are the beating heart of women’s rugby at Hemsworth RUFC. A fast-growing and dynamic team, the Hens are open to players of all levels—from complete beginners to experienced athletes. They embody the club’s inclusive values and have quickly become a source of inspiration on and off the pitch.
